PROCESSING TIME

Processing time is the time it takes us to pick and pack your order and is separate to your delivery time. From when we receive your order it takes us anywhere between 1-3 days to pick and pack your order depending on how busy we are. Usually we aim to get orders packed on the day we receive them and then posted out within 24-48 hours. If you need to make a change or cancel your order please email us info@prettywitchcosmetics.co.uk and if your order has not yet been dispatched we will try to accommodate your request as best we can. 

 

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

All UK orders are sent out 48hour tracked via Royal Mail. You will receive an email with your tracking number once your order has been dispatched to/collected by the postal service. You will then be able to track your parcel  until it arrives. If you do not receive your email within 5 days please check your spam folder first as they can sometimes end up in there. 

International delivery is available; however it is a flat rate of £12.00 as all international orders are sent tracked and signed for.

*Please note - During busy periods such as Christmas or during periods of bad weather international delivery can take longer - up to 35 days. 

 

CUSTOMS CHARGES FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

*It is the responsibility of the buyer to check possible customs charges with their local customs agencies for their country prior to purchasing. Customs fees/charges are a tax set by your country and depends on the value of the items within your parcel plus the postage costs. The fees also vary depending on your country.

Pretty Witch Cosmetics is not responsible for any customs fees/charges incurred and customs charges will not be refunded by us. 

 

You must be willing to accept and pay these fees BEFORE you place an order. If you place an order and refuse to accept delivery of your order because you do not wish to pay your customs fee and your parcel is returned to us, your order will be refunded minus the cost of the postage. 

If items do not arrive within 5-7days (UK) or 15-30 days (EU and international) then please check your tracking number on the UK Royal mail website from your dispatch email in the first instance. If this is not able to locate your parcel then contact us via email at Info@prettywitchcosmetics.co.uk so that we can look into where your parcel might be. If necessary a replacement can be sent out if we have the stock available or if not we will issue a refund and a lost parcel claim can will be raised with the postal service.

 

CURRENCY CONVERSION

This website is based in the UK and therefore processes all transactions in British pounds (GBP). However, if you are placing an order from another country your total payment will be shown in British pounds but your bank or card operator will need to convert this into your country's currency and so the amount that shows on your bank or card statement may look different to when you placed your order. Some banks may also charge a small fee for doing this and it is your responsibility as the buyer to check this prior to placing an order. 

 

RETURNS

Unfortunately due to hygiene reasons we are unable to accept returns if products have been opened or protective seals have been broken. Unopened products in their original packaging can returned within 14 days of receipt for a full refund. The products will be carefully inspected upon return and checked to see if they are in a re-sellable condition; a refund will be down to our discretion dependant on the outcome of this inspection.

 

If your items arrive damaged/faulty or not what you ordered or any other problem then please contact us via email at  info@prettywitchcosmetics.co.uk and we will investigate and either replace items if we have the stock available or we will refund accordingly. You must make us aware of any issues with your order within 14 days of receiving your order. if you contact us outside of this time your claim will not be valid.

We do not store or access data after payment process has completed.
