Our Glitter Fix Elixir is a clear gel consistency eyeshadow primer that dries down tacky to create the perfect base for your fantasy flakes, cosmic stardust pigments or other glitter eyeshadows to adhere to. It is clear in colour so that it does not dull down the shine on your glitters in the way some cream consistency primers do.
 
Apply a very thin layer, leave for 30 seconds to dry down slightly, then using either your finger, silicone applicator or a flat brush press your eyeshadow flakes or glitter pigments over the top.
 
*But beware! The shine will be so blinding it might cause traffic jams!
